Course Overview

This CPD-aligned program introduces the S.I.L.E.N.T.™ Leadership Model, designed specifically to empower introverted and reflective leaders within the multicultural, mission-driven context of AUIB. Through a blend of live workshops, self-paced content, reflective journaling, and practical application, participants develop the personal clarity and interpersonal fluency to lead with strength and serenity.
